Subscription terms

With a subscription you see the full description, the exact address and the contact details or original listing of every home on RentQuick. You can also save searches and get alerts for them by email.

RentQuick brings listings from other websites together and sends you on to the source. We are not a landlord, agent or broker, and we can't guarantee that a home is still available.

3. Trial and price

You start with 14 days of access for €4. On day 15 your subscription moves on its own to €39.99 per month. That is the full amount; the €4 is not taken off it. After that we charge €39.99 every month until you cancel.

All prices include VAT. If we change the price, that only applies to new subscriptions. If you already have one, your price stays the same.

4. Paying

You pay through Mollie, with one of the payment methods you see at checkout. With your first payment you allow us to charge the renewals automatically after that. If you paid with iDEAL, those renewals are SEPA direct debits.

If a renewal fails, Mollie tries again over the following days. You keep access for 7 more days after the end of the period you had already paid for. If it still isn't paid after those 7 days, your subscription ends.

You can reverse a direct debit through your bank for up to eight weeks after it was charged. A reversed payment counts as unpaid: your access for that period stops and we get in touch. If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first. It's usually quick to sort out.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account. There is no notice period. After you cancel we charge nothing more, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel during the trial, you never pay more than the €4. The trial is once per account per 12 months; a subscription started within that time begins with a full month at €39.99.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind, counted from when you sign up. RentQuick starts straight away, so at checkout we ask whether we may begin immediately. If you withdraw within those 14 days, you get your first payment back, minus a share for the days you already had access.

The 14 days are over before the first €39.99 is charged. After that you can still cancel at any time, but a period that has already started isn't refunded. How to withdraw is in our refund policy.

7. Fair use

Your subscription is for you alone. Downloading RentQuick's data automatically, reselling it or sharing it with others is not allowed. If that happens, we may end your subscription.

8. Liability

We do our best to show listings accurately and up to date, but they come from others. RentQuick is not liable for mistakes in listings, for what landlords do or don't do, or if you don't find a home. In any case, we are never liable for more than what you paid RentQuick in the last 12 months.

9. Complaints and which law applies

You can email a complaint to [email protected] and you'll get an answer within five working days. Danish law applies to these terms. The rules that protect you as a consumer in the country where you live still apply in full.
