How do I contact the owner of a home?

Every listing page shows subscribers the link to the original advertisement and the contact details the provider put there. You respond directly to the landlord or agent.

What are the benefits of a subscription?

Full descriptions, exact addresses, contact details, and the original advertisement of every home, plus saved searches with email alerts. Searching and browsing is always free.

What does it cost?

14 days for €4, then €39.99 per month. No hidden costs. The trial is once per account per 12 months; after that a subscription starts with a full month at €39.99.

How do I cancel?

In your account, under Billing and subscription. Nothing more is charged and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Am I committing to anything by signing up?

No. You can stop at any time. Cancel during the trial and you never pay more than the €4.

How do I get the best results?

Create a search with a realistic price and a wide area, turn on alerts, and respond within an hour of an alert with a short, complete message: who you are, what you do, when you can view.

Where do the listings come from?

From public rental sites. We check daily whether an ad is still online and remove what has disappeared.
