Refund policy

Version 1.2, 8 October 2026.

1. In the first 14 days: withdrawing

You start with 14 days of access for €4. Within those 14 days, counted from when you sign up, you can withdraw from your subscription. You then get the €4 back, minus a share for the days you already had access. So in that period you never pay more than €4.

Had your trial in the last 12 months? Then your subscription starts with a full month at €39.99; within 14 days of that payment you can withdraw in the same way and get it back minus a share for the days you had access.

To withdraw, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. There's no form to fill in. You get your money back within 14 days, the same way you paid.

2. From day 15: cancelling

On day 15 we charge €39.99, the full amount, and again every month after that until you cancel. That only happens once the 14 days to change your mind are over.

You can cancel at any time in your account. After that we charge nothing more, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. A period that has already started isn't refunded.

You do not have to use this form, an email in your own words is enough; the law asks us to offer it. Copy it into an email to [email protected]:
