Rental homes in 's-Hertogenbosch

Most people call it Den Bosch. 's-Hertogenbosch is the capital of North Brabant, with a compact historic centre around St. John's Cathedral and the Binnendieze, the old canals that run partly underneath the buildings. During carnival the city renames itself Oeteldonk.

Students at Avans University of Applied Sciences, HAS green academy and the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science look for rooms and small flats here. Young professionals and families make up much of the rest of the rental market. The Paleiskwartier, a newer district next to the station, has many apartments, while Het Zand lies just west of the tracks. For a quieter setting, renters look at Rosmalen, a village that belongs to the municipality.

The station is a rail junction with direct trains to Utrecht, Eindhoven, Tilburg and Nijmegen, which makes the city practical for commuters. Within town, the bike is the easiest way around. When searching, keep in mind that Rosmalen is part of 's-Hertogenbosch, even though listings sometimes show it as a separate place.
